How much does stone cleaning cost?
The costs depend on the area, the degree of soiling and the chosen post-treatment. We would be happy to prepare an individual, transparent offer for you after a short inspection - purely free of charge and without obligation.
How long does impregnation last?
The durability of an impregnation usually lasts for several years and depends on various factors such as stone type, usage, weather conditions, and stress on the surface. In many cases, the protection remains effective significantly longer and ensures effective protection against renewed soiling over a longer period.
Do you use aggressive chemicals?
No. In most cases, we clean exclusively with high pressure and water. We only use targeted cleaning agents for very stubborn soiling, which are tailored to the respective stone to achieve a clean and uniform result.
Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water, we can also carry out the work if you are not on site.
Can you also remove stubborn oils or varnish?
In many cases, removal is possible. However, the chances of success depend on the type of stone, the type of soiling and how deeply oil or varnish has already penetrated the surface. not every contamination can be completely removed. We would be happy to check the respective case in advance and advise you honestly on the possibilities.

What does solid joint material mean?
We work with different joint materials, depending on the requirements and wishes of the customer. On the one hand, we use special synthetic resin joints. This joint material is worked into the joints and cures completely within approx. 2–3 days. The result is cured joints that are permanently stable and no longer allow weed growth. We offer Dansand as a cheaper alternative. This is also worked into the joints, but does not harden. It inhibits weed growth, but cannot prevent it completely. Both joint materials are available in different colors and are selected to match the respective stone surface.
The curing time may vary slightly depending on the weather and the surface.
Do you also clean terrace roofs or walls?
Yes, our service also includes cleaning walls, facade plinths and terrace roofs. Just speak to us about it during the inspection.
Is there a guarantee on the work?
Yes. We offer a 3-year guarantee on selected services. This includes our grouting with high-quality synthetic resin joints, which are permanently stable and weed-inhibiting, significantly reducing weed growth through the joints. Also guaranteed are our impregnation works, which reliably protect the stone surface from moss, algae, and lichen infestation as well as from renewed soiling.
